Downloading the Cryptexonline Backup Client
1. Open your preferred internet browser and in the address bar enter the following address;
https://mycryptex.cryptexonline.com
2. Log into the MyCryptex portal
Enter your login email address and your password, then click the login button (circled above)
3. Access My Services
Click the My Services link as outlined above
4. View Services Details
Click the View Details button
5. Download your client
Click on the version of the backup client you require
